Outstanding Credits for Dinosaur Promotion

NANA has been receiving calls from Newsagent Members who have not yet received the full credits for the Dinosaur Promotional products.

Each case is often different. However, one apparently consistent problem is a discrepancy between what the Newsagent was charged for versus the actual quantity of promotional products received.

DinosaursAll Newsagents should use the following checklist to ensure that they have been charged correctly and have received credits for the Dinosaur promotion.

  1. Using the statement dated Sunday, 13 November 2011, and the delivery dockets, check what you were charged for against what you actually received. To support your claim forward any Delivery Dockets and Returns Forms to News Ltd and NANA.
  2. Check all statements from Sunday, 13 November 2011, up to the current statement. Credits for the Dinosaur promotion should be under the Miscellaneous section of your statement.
  3. Using your returns form, cross check against the relevant statements to ensure that all credits have been paid. A simple count of the number of promotional products returned versus the number of credits received can highlight if you have been correctly credited.

PLEASE NOTE: All debits for the Dinosaur promotion appear on the statement dated Sunday, 13 November 2011.
However, credits for the promotion may appear on any following statement under the Miscellaneous section.
