NANA has been receiving calls from Newsagent Members who have not yet received the full credits for the Dinosaur Promotional products.
Each case is often different. However, one apparently consistent problem is a discrepancy between what the Newsagent was charged for versus the actual quantity of promotional products received.
All Newsagents should use the following checklist to ensure that they have been charged correctly and have received credits for the Dinosaur promotion.
PLEASE NOTE: All debits for the Dinosaur promotion appear on the statement dated Sunday, 13 November 2011.
However, credits for the promotion may appear on any following statement under the Miscellaneous section.
