Since the go-live date last week of 21 May 2012, Newsagents and Lottery Agents across NSW and the ACT began using NSW Lotteries' new TattsTech terminals.

NANA has received some reports from Newsagents/Lottery Agents about their experiences with the new TattsTech terminals (see 24 May 2012). In order to achieve a more complete assessment, NANA is asking that Newsagents and Lottery Agents across NSW and ACT provide their feedback and comments via the survey below.

This survey will close next week on COB Tuesday, 5 June 2012. A report will then be published and a submission by NANA sent to the CEO of Tatts Group.
