After consultation with Fair Work Australia, NANA has produced the 2012/2013 Newsagents' Delivery Drivers Rates for NSW & ACT.

For example, did you know:

• If a Full time or Part time employee (other than shift workers) were engaged to work outside the span of hours in the modern award, they would be entitled to the overtime provisions in Clause 29 of the Modern Award.
• Casual employees are not entitled to overtime provisions under the General Retail Industry Award 2010.
